"Christian Pavels from the Dan Gassner group went above and beyond my expectations. I walked out of work to find a flat tire on my van. My phone call to the Gassner office turned from an agent informing me how to proceed with 24 hour road assistance (and getting the paperwork sent over to the office for coverage/reimbursement) to Christian coming to my rescue right where I was stuck. He removed the flat tire and replaced it with the spare; instead of leaving me to drive around on a spare to get the tire fixed, he then proceeded to load up my tire and myself in his car (this man didn't know me from Adam, but said for his peace of mind), drove me to his tire place and sat for over 30 minutes waiting for my 'good as new' tire. It doesn't stop there! He drove me back to my workplace, removed the spare tire and put the fixed tire back on. Christian took over two hours out of his evening to help out a client. He certainly did not have to do all of that, but I am truly grateful! Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!"
