"In April of 2022 the area in which I live had a severe hail storm that caused a lot of damage to a lot of homes. Adjusters were brought in from all over the country and, frankly, seemed to have made it their mission to deny as many claims as possible. They agreed to only cover pieces of our siding (which was 15+ years old) and needless to say, it looked terrible. Fast forward nearly 2 years and someone mentioned to me that a claim could be reopened for up to two years after the initial claim. I had literally 4 business days left until that two year mark. I called Dan’s office and spoke to Glenda who worked her magic, and within 36 hours I had an adjuster here (a local guy, who was also awesome, though I unfortunately can’t remember his name) who approved full siding replacement, and the money was deposited within another 48 hours. This experience far exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful to Glenda for all the hard work she did to make everything happen so quickly. She is a true asset to Dan’s awesome team!"
